Core Features


Versions capture your entire financial model at a specific point. They're useful for reviewing how your actual numbers stack up against your earlier forecasts or budgets.

Save a Version

Create a new Version by selecting Version: Current in the top navigation bar.

Click on Version:Current on any page to add a new version

Display Past Versions

Versions can be used on all charts and tables available in the Reports page. Here's an example of a table describing Q1 Budget vs Actuals.

Look at a previous version

Access Past Versions

You can access past versions to see additional detail. Past versions are available via the Versions dropdown in the top navigation bar.

While admins have the ability to edit these versions, it's recommended to do so only for essential corrections to ensure historical accuracy.
